Tesla to deliver more than 405,000 vehicles in Q4 2022 and 1,133,800 for the year

Tesla data show that in the fourth quarter of 2022, Tesla produced more than 439,000 vehicles worldwide and delivered more than 405,000 vehicles.

For the full year of 2022, Tesla delivered 1.31 million vehicles worldwide, up 40 percent year-over-year, and produced 1.37 million vehicles, up 47 percent year-over-year.

Specifically, Tesla delivered 388,131 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2022, and 17,147 Model S and Model X vehicles.

Tesla said it continues to transition to “more balanced volume production for different regional markets,” which further increased the number of vehicles in transit at the end of the quarter.

In addition, Tesla said it thanked all of its customers, employees, supplier partners, shareholders and supporters for a year that was marked by a severe new crown epidemic and supply chain-related challenges, and that “with your help, Tesla was able to achieve this remarkable year.”
