Vivo X90 series battery capacity leaked ahead of launch

The battery capacity of all three models of the coming Vivo X90 series have been revealed in a recent post from Digital Chat Station.

Rumours making the rounds regarding coming flagship devices have it that the Vivo X90 series will launch anytime soon. Leaks about this device from various sources are pouring into the internet, but the most recent has a bearing on the series battery capacity. The leaks claim that the coming flagship series from Vivo will adopt a battery solution new to the X-series.

Popular Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station took to his page to share some information about this coming device series. From the information he made available, the coming Vivo X90 series will make use of a “full dual-core super flash charge” battery system. This system will present the batteries in two cells of similar value that pair together to provide a more standard capacity.

According to the tipster the Vivo X90 will launch with two 2290mAh battery cells, when put together they will amount to 4580mAh. The Vivo X90 Pro will launch with two 2375mAh battery cells that will together provide a 4750mAh battery capacity. Lastly, the Vivo X90 Pro+ will launch with two 2440mAh cells that will sum up to a 4880mAh battery capacity.

Separating the battery cells in each device will help Vivo to achieve superfast charging in their coming series. Previous leak claim that the Vivo X90 Pro series will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the base model will use a MediaTek Dimensity processor. More information on this device will roll out in the coming weeks.
