Samsung has launched its new budget-oriented Samsung Galaxy A04 Core smartphone. The device has been launched with a quite decent set of specifications for its prices, such as a 50-megapixels primary rear camera, waterdrop notch cutout display and up to 8GB of RAM option for seamless multitasking.

The Samsung Galaxy A04 Core offers a 6.5-inch Infinity-V notch panel with an HD+ resolution. It is an LCD panel with standard 60Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, it is powered by an unknown octa-core chipset. It has got a 5-megapixel front selfie snapper housed in a waterdrop notch cutout. On the rear, we have a dual rear camera with a 50-megapixels f/1.8 primary lens and a 2-megapixels depth-sensing camera.

In terms of battery capacity, the handset has a 5,000mAh cell with no quick charging capabilities. It comes pre-installed with Android 12 and One UI Core 4.1 on top. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 and 5GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0 are among its connectivity options. The smartphone is equipped with an accelerometer, a light sensor, and a proximity sensor. It weighs 192 grammes and measures 164.4 x 76.3 x 9.1mm in size.

Samsung has not released the device’s price or confirmed its availability. However, it will most likely be accessible at a low cost in European markets. According to a leaked report, it might cost €169. In terms of colour, Samsung has announced that it will be available in four different shades: black, white, copper, and green.
