Realme 10 gets FCC certification, revealing its charging speed and design

From the FCC certification of the coming Realme 10 we are getting information with regard design and some of its basic specifications.

As we approach the reveal of next-generation devices from major Android brands, the Realme 10 starts preparing for launch. Already this device has got its FCC certification ahead of its coming launch and this reveals a bit about its specifications and design. This isn’t the first certification that this device has got, as a few weeks ago the NBTC site made the confirmation to the telecom features of this coming device.

In terms of its specifications, this device will follow its predecessor the Realme 9 in launching with 4G support. Our sources tell us that a 5G variant of this device will also be available under the coming 10 series. The processor this device will launch using is the MediaTek Helio G99, as against the Snapdragon 680 present on its predecessor.

From its previous reveal on Geekbench, this device will launch with up to 8GB worth of RAM, there will also be lesser memory options. For storage, we expect that there will be up to 256GB of storage on this device once available. This device will launch with Android 12 out of the box and also bring customizations with the manufacturer’s in-house Realme UI 3.0. The battery capacity of this device will be 5000mAh and will support 33W fast charging.

For its design, this device will launch with just two rear cameras seated on the top-left side of the device. The camera module will hold two large cutouts for both the main camera and the secondary camera lens. Its flash will sit next to the main camera cutout on its right-hand side, there will also be a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

We expect this device to launch soon, going by the launch time of Its predecessor the Realme 10 might launch in the first quarter of 2023. Following this device will be a 5G and a Pro version, all of which will sit in the midrange flagship smartphone market.
