MediaTek launches Dimensity 6300 SoC, expected to power Realme C65 5G

MediaTek recently quietly launched the Dimensity 6300 processor on its official website. X platform source @Sudhanshu1414 said that Realme’s C65 5G phone for the Indian market will be equipped with this SoC.

The Dimensity 6300 processor is based on TSMC’s 6nm process and adopts a 2+6 design, that is, 2 Arm Cortex-A76 cores up to 2.4GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores up to 2.0GHz. The GPU part is Arm Mali-G57 MC2 .

In terms of storage, the Dimensity 6300 supports 2133MHz LPDDR4x memory and UFS 2.2 flash memory; in terms of display, it supports a display with a resolution of up to 2520 x 1080 and a 120Hz refresh rate, and supports 10bit color depth; the processor natively supports a 108-megapixel camera.

In terms of network, the Dimensity 6300 uses a 5G modem that complies with the 3GPP R16 standard, which can achieve a 5G downlink rate of up to 3.3GB/s. It also supports 1T1R WiFi5 and Bluetooth 5.2.

Coming to the realme C65 5G phone, in addition to the Dimensity 6300 processor, it will also be equipped with a 6.67-inch 120Hz LCD display.

The phone will be equipped with a 50MP rear main camera and an 8MP front camera, have a 5000mAh battery, and support 15W wired charging.

The realme C65 5G phone will use a side fingerprint design, have an IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating, optional storage configurations of 4+64GB, 4+128GB and 6+128GB, and will be priced at no more than 10,000 Indian rupees.
