iQOO Z9 released overseas equipped with Dimensity 7200 chip, 44W fast charging

iQOO, a smartphone brand under Vivo released the new phone iQOO Z9, which is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor, has 8GB of memory, and can expand the memory to 16GB through software algorithms. iQOO Z9 was first launched in India and is a 5G phone focusing on the mid-range market.

The iQOO Z9 screen is a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and supports 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has a hole-punch screen design and a 16MP front camera. The rear camera module adopts a square design and consists of two cameras. The main camera is a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor and supports optical image stabilization (OIS). The other camera is a 2MP depth lens, which can be used for portrait mode and other photo functions. In terms of video shooting, iQOO Z9 supports up to 4K 30fps video recording.

In terms of operating system, iQOO Z9 is pre-installed with Funtouch OS 14 system based on Android 14. The phone’s battery capacity is 5000mAh, supports 44W fast charging, and comes with an official standard charger. In some markets such as India, a phone case will also be included in the box.

iQOO Z9 supports dual-SIM dual standby, and the second SIM card slot is a hybrid card slot that can insert a micro SD card for storage expansion (up to 1TB). Unfortunately, iQOO Z9 does not have NFC, FM radio, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Users need to use the Type-C interface or wireless connection for audio output.

iQOO Z9 is available in two colors: matte green and graphite blue. The 128GB version is priced at 19,999 Indian rupees (Note: currently about 1,736 RMB), and the 256GB version is priced at 21,999 Indian rupees (currently about 1,910 RMB). During the first sale period, you can also enjoy a discount of 2,000 Indian rupees (currently about 174 RMB) when purchasing with some bank cards.
