Firefox 113.0.1 released: Fixes Windows 11 Desktop Window Manager (DWM) errors and color display bugs

The previous version of Firefox 113 had problems with color management.

In addition, the developers also fixed an issue with the Desktop Window Manager (DWM) that was not updating non-client area cache information, causing users to experience tearing when watching videos in fullscreen mode, as well as another bug related to fullscreen.

The official changelog:

  • Fixed incorrect colors for Windows users who installed monitor/display color profiles, especially on wide-gamut monitors (bug 1832215)
  • Fixed visible borders around full-screen windows in some configurations (bug 1830721)
  • Fixed an issue that could cause users to experience screen tearing when watching videos in fullscreen mode in some configurations (bug 1830792)

Users can download Firefox 113.0.1 from the official Mozilla website, or if you are already running the Mozilla browser, please go to Menu > Help > About Firefox to get Firefox 113.0.1 update.
