According to the report, Changan Automobile will realize more new technologies in mass production in 2023, and the Force Electric technology will be upgraded again, and the eight-in-one electric drive assembly EDS2-B will be installed in mass production. The new iDD solution will be introduced to the market, and the new P13 configuration and ultra-high thermal efficiency HE power will be launched in mass production. The new member of Zhuge Intelligent, NID3.0+APA7.0 worry-free navigation technology is already on board and is being verified on a large scale, and the mass installation is just around the corner.
Changan Automobile official learned that the super intelligent platform SDA will soon be listed. Central E / E architecture has entered the B sample, atomic services to 2000 + items, the first car equipped has begun, CTV battery chassis integration, one die-casting and other new technologies have entered the engineering realization stage.
For overseas markets, Changan Automobile says it has 14 bases and 33 vehicle, engine and transmission plants worldwide, including the first overseas manufacturing base in Pakistan. Since it started its overseas business in 1991, its products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions, including 91% of sales in countries along the “Belt and Road”, forming 10 key overseas markets, with the main export regions being Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa, Central and South America and other markets. Changan Automobile has more than 400 overseas sales and service outlets.
In addition, Changan Automobile said that in 2022, Changan’s export scale exceeded 250,000 units, an increase of 57.3% year-on-year. Among them, Changan brand sales exceeded 147,000 units, growing for seven consecutive years, and ranking among the top Chinese brands in sales in 10 countries, including Saudi Arabia and Chile. The global regional headquarters entered the preparatory stage of construction, and the construction of ASEAN base steadily progressed.
Changan Automobile pointed out that the company will accelerate the construction of overseas strategic bases and develop overseas markets. 2025, the ASEAN base will be completed and put into operation, and the products will be radiated to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and other markets; the comprehensive construction of European headquarters will be carried out to break through the EU market; and the international brand will be fully built. In January-February 2023, Changan’s overseas sales of its own brand were about 37,000 units, and the annual target for the overseas market in 2023 is 220,000 units, with overseas sales accounting for 15% by 2025 and 30% by 2030.
