Apple iPhone 14 Pro supports rest screen display: enough power to last from morning to night

Early this morning, Apple officially held its fall launch event and introduced a number of new products, including AirPods Pro 2 headphones, Apple Watch 8/SE/Ultra watches, and the long-awaited iPhone 14 series. This time, there are four models in the iPhone 14 series, namely iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

In Cook’s precise “knife”, the standard version is not much upgraded, while the Pro version has a big upgrade, in addition to the exclusive A16 processor, 48-megapixel main camera, perforated “pill screen”, in addition, to support the rest screen display function.

Apple says the iPhone 14 Pro is always on for users even when the screen is locked. When the iPhone is placed face down or pocketed, the screen will dim to save power.

The Pro version’s resting screen display is said to benefit from Apple’s Pro Motion adaptive refresh rate technology, which supports operation at lower brightness and lower refresh rates, thereby extending battery life.

According to the official data, iPhone 14 Pro can watch 23 hours of video and audio playback up to 75 hours. The iPhone 14 Pro Max can play video for 29 hours, 1 hour more than the previous generation iPhone 13 Pro Max, and audio playback up to 95 hours. The official claim is that the new machine “from morning to night is not a problem”.

In addition, iPhone 14 Pro starts at RMB 7,999, iPhone 14 Pro Max starts at RMB 8,999, iPhone 14 Plus starts at RMB 6,999, and iPhone 14 starts at RMB 5,999 and will be available for pre-order at 20:00 on September 9.
