Apple shared a new ad on Friday, local time, that highlights Action Mode and other new features of the iPhone 14 Pro. The video shows off Action Mode, 4K Cinematic Mode and the 48-megapixel main camera. iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have 4K Action Mode and Cinematic Mode, but these models stick with the 12-megapixel camera.

The video shows filmmakers using the iPhone 14 Pro to capture action scenes such as a running chicken, a fight scene, a dancing man, stop-motion animation and a wolf chasing a hunter.

The 48-megapixel primary camera captures high-resolution images using Apple’s ProRaw format. The camera also uses the Quad Pixel sensor to capture higher-quality images.

The new Photon Engine places computational image editing close to the shooting process and retains more data in the image.

Action mode, on the other hand, helps people shoot smooth videos so they can adjust to shaking and other movements.

Movie mode lets the iPhone record video with a shallow depth of field and adds focus shift for professional-looking videos. The entire iPhone 14 series can record these videos at up to 24 frames per second.
