M2 chip
The current iPad Pro features the M1 chip, which was first released in November 2020 for Mac computers and later in the iPad Pro. The upcoming new iPad Pro is expected to feature Apple’s M2 chip, which was released in June of this year. Compared to the M1, the M2 has an 18 percent faster central processor, 35 percent faster graphics performance, and a 40 percent faster neural network engine. iPadOS 16 includes a new processor-demanding front-end scheduling feature, and the M2 processor will be of great use.

Wireless charging
