XPENG took to its Norwegian site to announce its partnership with Plugsurfing. It also gave brief details of how this partnership will benefit users of its electric vehicles across Europe. From the official statement, we understand that this partnership aims to bring more charging stations across Europe.

This partnership as well as others like it aims to improve the company’s user experience. Plugsurfing on its part is helping to grow the EV charging industry across Europe. They have one of the broadest charging networks and a wide user base on the continent. This makes them the ideal partner to bring a better charging experience to XPENG users in Europe.

The partnership between XPENG and Plugsurfing will provide the EV company’s users with a “roaming key.” This said the key will give the owner of the Chinese EV vehicles access to Plugsurfing’s extensive charging network of over 300,000+ stations. Charging stations under this network are scattered across Europe at strategic locations to aid charge up an EV once necessary.

XPENG is also giving its users the privilege to charge their EVs at home before driving out. This is to be made possible by the EV company’s strategic partnership with OneCo. Users will now have the option to buy and install a charging point in their home residence. This will give charging convenience to users that meet the requirements in their region.
