Volvo EX90 debuts at CES with Google’s native Android system

At CES 2023, just completed the world debut of the new pure electric flagship SUV Volvo EX90 debut CES, the new car was displayed at the Luminar and Google booth.

Volvo said that the EX90 is equipped with Luminar Lidar technology, which can detect up to 600 meters, and can also reach a detection distance of 250 meters under the condition of 10% reflectivity, and can even see 120 meters away from the tires.

The Volvo EX90 car system uses the Google native Android system. The exhibition, Volvo Cars and Google joint technology release high precision maps (Google HD Maps), Volvo Car Group became the first car company equipped with Google high precision maps.

Volvo Cars will be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm in 2021. According to the data, Volvo Cars 2021 will have revenues of SEK 282 billion (about RMB 183.3 billion), operating profit of SEK 20.3 billion (about RMB 13.1 billion) and global sales of 698,693 vehicles.
