According to GSMArena, Vivo will release its new Vivo X100s series models in May, and spy photos of the new models have been exposed.

As previously rumored, the Vivo X100s series will adopt a new right-angled frame design, changing the curved style of the previous generation X100. The source also hints that the X100s series will include three versions: standard, Pro and top-of-the-line Ultra.

It is noticed that the spy photos show that the Vivo X100s adopts a right-angled frame design with a textured finish and a slightly curved 2.5D back cover glass. The camera module has knurled decoration and accommodates four cameras. It is reported that the camera configuration of the machine will follow the X100 solution, including a 15mm ultra-wide angle, a 70mm periscope telephoto, and a 50MP f/1.6 main camera, covering a focal length range of 15-70mm.

It is reported that the body thickness of the Vivo X100s series is only 7.89mm. In terms of color matching, the Vivo X100s series is expected to be available in white, black, cyan and titanium colors. In terms of performance, the standard version of this series may be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, while the top-end X100s Ultra is expected to use an upgraded version of Dimensity 9300+ processor with a higher frequency Cortex-X4 core (3.4GHz).

The starting price of the Vivo X100 series is 3,999 yuan, and the X100s series is expected to maintain a similar price. The previously released Vivo X100 series is only available in China. It is still unknown whether the upcoming X100s series will be targeted at the global market.
