The game “The Plague Tale Requiem” was officially released in October this year, landing on PC and console.
Plot-wise, “The Plague Tale Requiem” continues the plot of the previous generation’s “The Plague Tale: Innocence,” in which Amicia and Hugo escape their shattered home and make their way south to unfamiliar regions and lively cities. There they hope to start a new life and contain Hugo’s curse. However, Hugo’s power awakens again, and death and destruction strike again with the flood of rats. In desperation, the two siblings leave their residence once again and begin their search for a rumored island that is said to hold the key secret that can save Hugo. At all costs, just to survive, to save their loved ones, and to feel the tangles and pains involved. Use a variety of weapons, tools and extraordinary abilities, sneak attack or launch a horrific attack, defeat one opponent after another, and overcome one difficulty after another.
