The last-generation flagship LG Velvet gets Android 13 update

Although LG Electronics has long been out of the phone market in 2021, the company previously announced that its phone operating system will provide 3 years of upgrade support, in the case of LG Velvet and LG Wing, its system updates can last until 2023.

Improved the music and video controls displayed in the status notification window.

Added the notification permission setting function for each application.

QR code scanning function is added to the shortcut settings window.
