Due to power outages, Tesla’s Berlin Gigafactory in Germany has been suspended for a week since March 5. The power company responsible for the initial outage said late Monday that the plant had been reconnected to the grid.

Tesla earlier said it would gradually start up systems at the factory after power is restored. It is reported that the factory currently has approximately 12,500 employees.

It was previously reported that the power outage prevented Tesla from producing about 1,000 cars per day. The person in charge of the factory said last week that the losses caused by the power supply interruption will reach hundreds of millions of euros.
