Tesla Cybertruck tail red light strip disappeared causing dissatisfaction

Tesla Cybertruck’s near-production version of the test car pictures out on the Internet, some people feel some dissatisfaction with the new design of the rear of the vehicle.

The video and images show that the new test version of the Cybertruck no longer has the previous red light strip at the rear, which runs across the entire rear of the all-electric pickup and echoes the light bar headlights at the front of the vehicle, making it one of the Cybertruck’s brightest designs.

In response, Elon Musk tweeted an assurance that “the production version will have the red light strip.”

Both Elon Musk and Tesla’s chief designer Franz von Holzhausen have confirmed that the Cybertruck’s design is almost complete, but details of the car, such as the rear taillights, still appear to be subject to revision.

During the fourth quarter and fiscal 2022 earnings call, Elon Musk noted that the Cybertruck should enter initial production sometime this summer, with mass production coming next year.
