The lens covers an ultra-wide-angle 20mm to a standard focal length of 40mm, and is compact and lightweight. Wonderful expressiveness at all focal lengths, not only suitable for still image shooting, but also suitable for video shooting such as Vlog. The AF drive adopts the VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive), a linear motor focusing mechanism with excellent quietness and swiftness, to realize high-speed and high-precision AF. In addition, the shortest shooting distance at the wide-angle end of the lens is 0.17m, and the maximum shooting magnification is 1:3.8.
In terms of parameters, this lens has a constant F2.8 large aperture from 20mm to 40mm at all focal lengths and still has a compact and lightweight body with a length of 86.5mm and a weight of 365g. Lens structure has 12 elements in 11 groups, 4 LD (Low Dispersion) elements, 2 GM (Glass Casting aspherical) elements, and 1 compound aspherical element, the autofocus drive of the lens adopts a linear motor focusing mechanism VXD.
