The Sony Xperia 5 IV has got its FCC certification and is in the development phase awaiting its launch. According to the source of this information, this device will launch as a smaller version of the Sony Xperia 1 IV. It might not come with similar flagship specifications but will come with a smaller screen size than the current flagship device from Sony.

This device is to launch before the end of the year, but its specifications are not yet available. But the FCC certification of this device gives away a few of its features, especially its size. From the available information, this device will be a compact Android device with a size that fits in the 6-inch (or less) category.
