Sony will stop PS Plus Collection select game service after May 9

Sony has been offering PlayStation Plus Collection selections to PlayStation Plus subscribers since September 2020.

The PlayStation Plus Collection features a selection of PlayStation 4 titles such as God of War, The Final Survivor: Remastered, and Fallout 4, which are available for subscribers to play for free.

Now that it’s been officially announced that the service will end on May 9 of this year, Sony says they plan to focus their next efforts on PlayStation Plus’ monthly game library and game catalog.

So if you have a PS5 and a PlayStation Plus subscription, it’s a good idea to pick up the 19 existing games in the collection as soon as possible. After receiving them, even after May 9, you can always play them as long as you are still a Plus member.

  • The 19 games include
  • Bloodborne Curse
  • Days of Future Past
  • Detroit: The Incarnate Word
  • God of War
  • Infamous: The Privateer
  • Ricky and Tinker Bell
  • The Last Guardian
  • The Last Survivor: Remastered
  • Until Dawn
  • Mysterious Seas 4: A Thief’s End
  • Batman: Arkham Knight
  • Battlefield 1
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops III – The Zombie Chronicles Edition
  • Wolfenstein: The Madness Trilogy
  • Fallout 4
  • Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition
  • Monster Hunter: World
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • Resident Evil 7
