Samsung recently announced that the Galaxy S23 series will be released on February 1 and will bring big upgrades in imaging. Now there are new reports that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will also have several audio quality improvements.
The report suggests that the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra has excellent image stabilization and autofocus capabilities. In addition, Samsung has reportedly improved the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s audio and recording capabilities.
The report claims that the Galaxy S23 Ultra flagship has better speakers and improved audio, especially at lower frequencies (bass). It will provide a better-integrated multimedia experience, even when not connected to headphones or external Bluetooth speakers.
Finally, the blurb suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has an excellent microphone array. This upgrade will come in handy for users who use applications such as the Samsung Voice Recorder and the Interview Recording feature. Likewise, when the camera is used as an in-car camera, it will provide a better audio experience for recorded videos.
It’s unclear if the Samsung Galaxy S23 Standard and Galaxy S23+ also come with a similar audio upgrade.
According to previous reports, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip across the board, starting with 8GB of RAM. The Samsung S23 will come with a 3900mAh battery and the S23+ with a 4700mAh battery, both supporting 25W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 will have a 6.1-inch 1080p 120Hz display and the Galaxy S23+ will have a 6.6-inch 1080p 120Hz display. Both phones will have a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and 10MP telephoto lens (with 3x optical zoom) on the rear.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a 200MP primary camera on the rear, and the 200MP sensor will be an upgraded version of the ISOCELL HP1. In addition to this, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will also feature a 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom support, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom support for portraits, and a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera. The phone can also shoot video at up to 8K 30fps.
