Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be delayed until mid to late February release

The tipster @TheGalox_ revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be released in mid to late February. He added that the main reason for the delay in the release of these three phones is that Samsung’s internal can’t decide on the final pricing structure of the series for now.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra models on February 9 this year, and they went on sale on February 25. However, previous reports indicate that Samsung intends to launch the Galaxy S23 series in the first week of February, with sales starting on February 17, one week earlier for each generation from the S21 to the S23.

Samsung’s Device Experience (DX) division held a global business strategy meeting last Thursday, announcing a drastic change in its smartphone strategy starting next year to “focus on maximizing the Galaxy customer experience” to avoid falling into a “cost-compression to strengthen profitability The company has also announced that it will change its smartphone strategy from next year and will “focus on maximizing the Galaxy customer experience” to avoid falling into the trap of “compressing costs to strengthen profits.

In addition, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has been entered into the network Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the detailed configuration has been announced.

It is reported that Samsung will debut the exclusive 3.36GHz high-frequency version of Snapdragon 8 Gen2. It was previously reported that this processor is different from the ordinary TSMC version of Snapdragon 8 Gen2, which is produced by Samsung’s own foundry department and seems to be determined to touch with TSMC.

It will feature a 6.8-inch 3088*1440p resolution OLED display, a 12Mp selfie camera on the front, four rear cameras with a 2MP sensor (supposedly 200Mp according to rumors), a 108Mp sensor, and a 12Mp+12Mp dual telephoto lens with 10X optical zoom support.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra appears to offer 8GB, 12GB of RAM, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB of storage, a built-in 5000mAh battery with a 25W charging head, and a body that measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 233g.

According to previous reports, the new Galaxy S23 series will offer at least three models: Galaxy S23 Standard, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, of which the Samsung Galaxy S23 Standard and S23+ models will still only offer 8GB memory versions.

It is worth mentioning that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Standard and S23+ renders have also been revealed online. From the renders, the two models are basically a continuation of the previous generation’s design, except that the camera module frame has been removed and replaced with a separate camera arrangement similar to the previous Ultra version.

In addition, information about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has also been exposed several times. The appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is also basically a continuation of the previous generation’s design, the biggest change is the increase in the width of the middle frame, making the curved part of the screen reduced and will be closer to the micro-curved screen.

In terms of imaging, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200-megapixel main camera on the rear, available in 12-megapixel, 50-megapixel and 200-megapixel modes, and Samsung is also expected to use Qualcomm’s ultrasonic 3D wide-area fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

In addition, some model photos were released last week, giving us an idea of what Samsung’s next-generation flagship might look like.
