Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus battery capacity is smaller than the S21 series

Samsung Mobile 2023 flagship Galaxy S23 series has been released, including Galaxy S23, S23 + and S23 Ultra models. Samsung has equipped these devices with the latest technology. Both models also have larger batteries than the S22 series, but the Samsung S23 series battery is smaller than that of the Galaxy S21 series.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a 4000mAh battery, while the base Galaxy S23 has a 3900mAh battery. the Samsung Galaxy S23 + has a 4700mAh battery, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 + has a 4800mAh battery. Officially, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 each get a 200mAh boost in battery capacity compared to the S22 series.

However, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra model has the same 5000mAh battery as the previous model.

The entire Samsung Galaxy S23 series is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips, which improves the Samsung S23 series CPU by about 30%, NPU architecture performance by about 49% and GPU by about 41% compared to the S22 series. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra supports real-time ray tracing.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 are equipped with 6.8-inch, 6.6-inch and 6.1-inch dynamic AMOLED screens of the second generation, respectively. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has optimized the curvature of the curved screen for a flatter and wider visual effect.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series also comes with an enhanced comfort feature that adjusts the hue and contrast of the screen to help reduce eyestrain. The next-generation Vision booster technology is further upgraded to automatically adjust and enhance color and contrast according to three different ambient light levels throughout the day, ensuring that the screen provides an excellent display in all ambient light conditions.
