Samsung Galaxy S22 series pushes fourth One UI 5 beta overseas

Samsung has started pushing out One UI 5 Beta 4 in the US, followed by the European and Korean versions, while the international and China models may need to wait a few more days.

According to several users’ feedback, the Beta 4 update software version number is ZVJ2 and is now gradually being pushed out to Galaxy S22 series models, mainly including the following bug fixes:

  • Improved the ability to add/remove favorites and recent items from the gallery album
  • Fixes an issue where sleep mode was automatically turned on
  • Fixes an issue with continuous vibration/beeping sounds
  • Fixed a crash when entering the App folder
  • Fixed a crash when changing wallpaper
  • Fixed a crash with S Pen Air Command
  • Fixes an issue with object erasers not working
  • Fixes an issue with vibration feedback not working in the Home gesture
  • Fixed frame break when going to Home from a widget
  • Removed multi-user feature
  • Other minor bug fixes

One UI 5 is based on Google Android 13. In One UI 5, Samsung has improved the smoothness of the system, not only by optimizing transition animations and enhancing consistency but also by making the system smoother and more stable overall.

In addition, Samsung has brought a number of new features in One UI 5 for users in various areas such as customization, security and accessibility.
