Samsung previously upgraded its firmware support policy from two years to three years, and later promised to support some devices for four major Android operating system upgrades.
In short, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series (including the S21 FE) and every subsequent S flagship phone are eligible for four major operating system upgrades. This also applies to Galaxy A33, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A73 and newer models.
Android 13 will be the last major OS update for the following Galaxy phones and tablets. These Samsung devices will not get Android 14 and One UI 6.0 system updates, but they will continue to receive security patches for a while. Users whose devices are running an OS version earlier than Android 13 and are not on the list will not receive the Android 14 update either.
