The Samsung Galaxy F14 phone has appeared in the Google Play admin center, showing that it is equipped with the Exynos 1330 chip. Now, the phone has appeared in the Geekbench 6 score database, which also verifies that it is powered by the Exynos 1330 chip. The single-core score is 811 and the multi-core score is 2120.

The Exynos 1330 and 1380 are part of Samsung’s next-generation chip portfolio. The Exynos 1330 is a 5nm chip with a CPU featuring 2 Cortex-A78 cores (2.4GHz) and 6 Cortex-A55 cores (2.0GHz), plus a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU and 5G modem. The chip supports FHD+ displays up to 120Hz, cameras up to 108MP, and 4K@30fps video capture.

The shape of the Galaxy F14 phone is very similar to the M14. According to the leaked renders, the only major change is the removal of the 2MP depth camera (the 2MP macro camera remains).

The F14 phone is expected to feature a 6.6-inch (or 6.5-inch) LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, a rear 50+2MP camera, and a 13MP selfie camera. There is an Exynos 1330 chip inside, 6GB of RAM (as shown in Geekbench scores), and a large 6000mAh battery. The M14 only supports 15W charging, but it is possible that the F14 will support 25W charging.

It’s a dual-SIM phone that supports options like green and purple.

The Samsung Galaxy F14 will be pre-installed with the Android 13 / One UI 5.1 system, and is expected to receive 2 years of Android major version system updates and 4 years of security patches. The price of the phone is expected to start at 18,500 Indian rupees (currently about 1,543 CNY).
