Samsung Galaxy A54 5G phone certified by BIS India: Powered by Exynos 1380 chip

Samsung will soon release a new smartphone in India, and the Galaxy A54 5G could be on the list. The smartphone has previously appeared on the Geekbench score site and now the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, model number SM-A546E / DS, has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). It is expected to be released in Q1 2023.

According to previous revelations, the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is equipped with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also be equipped with optical screen fingerprint recognition and AI face unlocking. The bezels around the display are fairly narrow, but the chin is slightly thicker than the rest. On the right side of the fuselage are the power and volume buttons.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is expected to be equipped with an Exynos 1380 chip. The phone will be available in 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage options, the report said.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G features a triple rear camera with a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5MP macro camera. Equipped with a 32MP front camera.

The Galaxy A54 5G is expected to come with a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. It supports IP67 protection level and is pre-installed with Android 13-based One UI 5.0 system.

The phone will be available in four different colors — lime green, purple, black and white.

The phone’s body measures 158.3 x 76.7 x 8.2 mm.
