More information about Samsung’s 2023 smartphone lineup is being revealed. In addition to the Galaxy S23 flagship series, Samsung will release new Galaxy A series smartphones in 2023, including the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74. Today, more details about the Galaxy A14 5G have been revealed, including the processor, display, and Android version.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has appeared on the Google Play Console. The certification reveals that the smartphone will be powered by an Exynos 1330 chip with two ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores clocked at 2.4GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocked at 2GHz, and an ARM Mali-G68 GPU with Two cores, clocked at 950MHz. The phone will feature 6GB of RAM, Android 13, and a 6.8-inch Full HD display (possibly with a 90Hz refresh rate).

Based on these specs, Samsung’s Exynos 1330 chip is expected to perform much better than the Exynos 850 in the Galaxy A13. It should also perform better than the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip used in the Galaxy A13 5G. The yet-to-be-announced Exynos 1330 has a faster CPU and GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is expected to be equipped with a 13-megapixel front camera, a rear 50-megapixel triple camera, support for 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, 5000mAh battery and 15W fast charging. It also has side-mounted fingerprint recognition.
