Qualcomm today officially announced that it has become the official global partner of soccer club Manchester United.
Qualcomm said the partnership will feature the Snapdragon brand. The Snapdragon platform powers many of the world’s high-end smartphones, PCs, gaming devices, connected cars, smart wearables and more. The strategic partnership will create unique events and experiences for Manchester United fans at Old Trafford and around the world, backed by the superior performance offered by the Snapdragon platform.
In addition, Qualcomm will advise Manchester United on planned improvements to mobile connectivity at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, to enhance the fan experience on match days.
From the official announcement, expect to see the Snapdragon logo at Old Trafford and even further expect to see it on the players’ shirts.
