Oppo Pad 2 is likely to launch in February. The company may hold a launch event for the Find X6 series in China. The same event could be used to unveil the Oppo Pad 2, which will replace the company’s first-ever tablet, the Oppo Pad, which was announced in February 2022. Ahead of the expected launch timeframe, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked some information about the Oppo Pad 2.
The Oppo Pad 2 will have an 11.x-inch LCD screen, according to DCS. Hence, there is a possibility that it will have a slightly bigger display than the 11-inch LCD display that was seen on the original tablet.
The Pad 2 will support a 2.8K resolution of 2800 x 2000 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It will house a battery of around 9,500mAh (typical capacity) that will support 67W rapid charging.
The leak has no information on the other specifications of the device. However, in November last year, DCS revealed that the tablet will use the Dimensity 9000 chipset. Shown above is the render of the upcoming OnePlus Pad 2, which is scheduled to debut in the global market on February 7. DCS has claimed that the Oppo Pad 2 will look almost like the OnePlus Pad.
As far as the Find X6 series is concerned, the lineup is likely to include three models, the Find X6, the Find X6 Pro, and the Find X6 Pro Dimensity Edition. These devices are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and the Dimensity 9200 chipsets, respectively.
