Recently, we obtained a set of spy photos of the new pure electric Mercedes-Benz V-Class from foreign media. It is reported that the new vehicle will be built based on the VAN.EA platform and will have a variety of wheelbases and vehicle lengths to choose from. In the future, a closed truck version will be launched, with front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive in terms of power.

From the appearance, as an electric car, the new car is equipped with a closed grille. The front line is more three-dimensional than the current model, the lower skirt is wider, the wheel arches are more prominent, and the overall bottom wall looks more stable. The headlights are expected to adopt a new design. Through the camouflage, we can see two light sources and an LED light strip above.

The side of the car body still has a relatively square shape, which is not much different from the current V-class. The five-spoke wheels look a bit like AMG, adding a bit of sportiness to this square box. From the rear of the car, you can see that the roof of the new car is slightly sloped downwards, which can have better wind resistance performance.

In terms of power, the new car uses pure electric drive, and will be available in single-motor front-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive. Mercedes-Benz officials stated that the new car’s cruising range will exceed 500km.
