OnePlus 11R more photos unveiled: screen lights up, overall design details confirmed

The first images of the OnePlus 11R leaked earlier this month, and we saw some key details like the three camera modules on the back and the return of the three-stage notification slider. The device was in a pre-production housing that was meant to prevent the overall design from leaking, but now the new photos give us a more detailed look at it.

New photos show that the OnePlus 11R will feature a screen with curved edges and a single punch hole in the middle. The sources say this new model will have a 1220p display, a 50MP main camera with Sony sensor and OIS, and an infrared assist sensor that has been previously revealed.

The OnePlus 10R arrives in the first half of 2022, positioned between the mid-range and high-end categories, but the successor OnePlus 11R aims to be similar, as the OnePlus 11 will be the true flagship, with the company dropping the Pro name from its 2023 lineup.

The 11R is expected to run on a Snapdragon 8+ chip and will have a 5,000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. It is apparently based on the OPPO Reno9 Pro+ design, which comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED and an IMX890 main camera.

There’s no information yet on when the OnePlus 11R will arrive. It could be announced in conjunction with the launch of OnePlus 11, which is scheduled for January 4 for the Chinese region, while the international launch event is scheduled for February 7.
