In the world of Android, this is obviously not the first device to feature 16GB of RAM. We have also seen devices having 18GB of RAM. But, as from the OnePus, this could be the very first device to have 16GB of RAM, as all the previous OnePlus devices used to max out at 12GB of RAM.

The OnePlus 10T is further rumoured to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixels Sony IMX766 primary camera sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixels secondary ultrawide and a 2-megapixels macro camera at last. There will be a 32-megapixel front selfie snapper housed in a punch-hole cutout. The same is also said by DCS in a reply to a user’s question.
