NVIDIA’s RTX 3060 Super graphics card is now available: featuring the full GA106 core

Twitter user “inatural_log” has revealed NVIDIA’s unofficial RTX 3060 Super graphics card.

The RTX 3060 card was launched in January 2021, and instead of a mid-cycle “Super” model for it, NVIDIA has released a downgraded version with 8GB of memory.

The RTX 3060 Super was revealed to feature a full GA106 GPU with 3840 CUDA cores and 14.8 Gbps of 12GB GDDR6 memory.

The image shows a BIOS date of December 16, 2020, which suggests it is not a new graphics card coming from NVIDIA. With the new RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4060 cards coming soon, there is no chance that this RTX 3060 Super will be released.
