HMD Global is not giving up on advancing Nokia’s feature phone business, and the latest news is that a phone with the model number “TA-1563” has been certified by the FCC. The certification document shows that there will be two versions of the phone, one with a camera and the other without.
The feature phone supports Bluetooth, 4G/LTE networks and uses a 1400mAh BL-L5H model battery. The battery capacity is not high, but the battery life is not too bad for a feature phone.
According to the FCC certification document, the lower half of this Nokia-branded feature phone is similar to the Nokia 110, with a rounded design and a speaker at the bottom, and it is also found in the FCC certification document that a model number WH-108 headset was sent for testing, presumably with a 3.5mm headphone port.
