NIO officially announced today that NIO ES7 was officially delivered, 74 days have passed since the ES7 product launch on June 15. In addition, NIO ET5 will also be delivered at the end of next month. By Q4 this year, NIO will have six models on sale: ET5, ET7, ES7, ES8, ES6, and EC6.
As the first SUV built by NIO’s second-generation technology platform NT2, it is also NIO’s first five-seat SUV. It is positioned as a medium-to-large SUV with pure electric power and is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system. The officially announced 100-kilometer acceleration time is 3.9 seconds.
In terms of pricing, if the vehicle purchase plan is adopted, the subsidy will be 468,000-548,000 yuan before the subsidy. If the BaaS battery rental plan is adopted, it will cost 398,000-420,000 yuan, and the monthly battery fee is 980 yuan / 1,680 yuan per month.
NIO ES7 is equipped with NIO’s second-generation high-efficiency electric drive platform, with a maximum power of 480kw, a maximum torque of 850N.m, an acceleration of 3.9s per 100 kilometers, and a maximum battery life of 930km with a 150kwh battery pack.
The NIO ES7 is equipped with four NVIDIA Drive Orin chips, a Qualcomm 8155 processor, and NT2.0-assisted driving functions. It comes standard with dual side-angle cameras and overhead lidar.
NIO delivered 10,052 vehicles in July, a year-on-year increase of 26.7%; from January to July 2022, NIO delivered 60,879 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 22%. A total of 227,949 NIO vehicles have been delivered. As of July 31, 2022, the cumulative delivery of NIO reached 227,949 vehicles.
