Developer Turn 10 Studios recently announced on its official blog that the orthodox sequel to the “Forza Motorsport” series will be “released later this year” and is currently being polished and prepared.

The official also stated that according to the track voting results, Interlagos (Interlagos Circuit in Brazil) ranked first in the players’ expectation list, and Fujimi Kaido Fuji Circuit ranked second. A full list of the 20 tracks featured in Forza will be announced closer to the game’s release.

Turn 10 said that the new “Forza Motorsport” work will be built from the ground up, designed to take advantage of the full functionality and performance of the Xbox Series X/S game consoles. The work will have more than 500 cars to collect, customize and upgrade, as well as a complete single-player career mode and online racing mode. In terms of performance, the new Forza Motorsport will support 4K 60 frames, real-time ray tracing with global illumination, audio upgrades, and more.

Launched in October 2017, Forza Motorsport 7 is the tenth entry in the Forza series and is available on the Windows 10 Store and Xbox One. Due to the expiration of the authorization, the game will be removed from the shelves on September 15, 2021, and players who have purchased it can continue to play.
