Microsoft Rewards program is now available in 58 countries/regions

Microsoft Rewards is a free program that rewards you for actions you perform every day. Earn points when you search on Bing.com and purchase items from the Microsoft Store online and Windows 10/11, and when you play games on Xbox. Browse the Rewards page, where Microsoft adds new ways to earn every day. Now, Microsoft has expanded it to 38 new countries, bringing the total number of available regions to 58.

Microsoft has made the change in its support documentation. Previously, the program was only available in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Now, Microsoft has expanded to a range of new regions, including: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the Republic of San Marino, Serbia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

Microsoft says that Microsoft Rewards products/services and redemption catalogs vary by region. The Microsoft Rewards program will be gradually introduced in more countries/regions.

The program allows for earning points by using different Microsoft products, and there are reports that some of the mentioned regions are not able to use the original points method. In particular, some participants in the program claim they are unable to earn points through Xbox Game Pass Quests or the Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox.

In related news, some program participants have reported being unable to redeem Roblox gift cards, which has led to varying speculation. However, Microsoft Rewards customer support has clarified that the option is only temporarily unavailable due to a lack of inventory.
