Microsoft released a new preview version of Windows 11 Microsoft Store

The new Microsoft Store preview version, Build 22210.1401.X, was recently released for members of the Windows Insider program, and the most noteworthy feature of the preview is the optimization of jump lists.

A jump list is the context menu that pops up after a user right-clicks an application’s icon on the taskbar. The jump list provides access to frequently used actions in the application, items that have been fixed, recently visited files and more.

The Microsoft Store Preview has a jump list that opens specific categories (apps, games, movies, bookshelves) and launches recently added apps. This isn’t exactly a groundbreaking improvement, but it’s still a welcome addition that makes using the Microsoft Store much easier.
