Microsoft today released its Bing Chat weekly report for the week ending March 17, highlighting the image generation tool Bing Image Creator, the new Stories feature, and Knowledge Cards 2.0. Attachment of the weekly report is as follows: Bing Image Creator This feature is based on DALL-E, another deep learning model from OpenAI, and can automatically generate images based on text content entered by users.

Knowledge Cards 2.0: Graph cards appear on the right side of Bing search results pages and are designed to help you explore topics of interest through facts, image-based timelines, polls, actions, and related topics. Microsoft extends the richness and breadth of its knowledge graph with generative AI.

Stories: Bing will now also produce AI-generated stories that tell stories through text, images, video and audio. This feature is suitable for both visual and auditory learners.

The feature is currently available for English, French, Japanese, German, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, and Arabic. Microsoft also fixed some known issues with Bing Chat: It’s easier to copy chat text from the Bing mobile app for iOS. Improve speech detection in the Bing mobile app so that messages aren’t sent until you’ve finished speaking. Fixed an issue where users inadvertently triggered the same chat thread when scrolling up.
