Mercedes-Benz Q4 EV Sales Hit New Record, Full-Year 2023 Sales Up 73% YOY

Mercedes-Benz’s fourth quarter report for 2023 showed that the company’s Q4 global car sales were 514,000 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 4%; total sales in 2023 reached 2,043,800 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 0.2 %.

The company did not give the sales volume of plug-in hybrid models, but only mentioned that the brand’s plug-in hybrid car share will reach 19% in 2023, and it is expected that its plug-in hybrid car plus pure electric car share will reach 30%.

According to previous reports, Mercedes-Benz will deliver a total of approximately 765,000 new cars to Chinese customers in 2023, which is basically the same as the previous year’s delivery.
