Lotus launches all-electric GT sports car Emeya, production in 2024

According to Reuters, Lotus recently launched an all-electric GT sports car Emeya in New York, which will start production in 2024 at the Wuhan factory in China operated by Geely Automobile.

It is noted that Emeya’s cruising range is slightly less than 400 miles (about 643.74 kilometers), and the price ranges from 90,000 pounds to 130,000 pounds, the top speed is 250 km/h, and with the support of fast charging, the cruising range can be increased by 93 miles (about 149.67 km) in 5 minutes.

Emeya is equipped with dual motors with a maximum output of 905 horsepower, a built-in 102kWh battery pack, and a maximum charging power of 350kW. It only takes 18 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. It is equipped with a 55-inch AR-HUD head-up display and a KEF 3D surround sound system.
