LG registers new 27-inch OLED display, expected to be a new series

LG has now registered a 27HSS75U OLED monitor in South Korea, named different from the current 27EQ850 OLED professional display, which is expected to be a new OLED display series.

The specifications of the 27HSS75U are not clear at this time. From the naming, the 27HSS75U will be slightly lower than the 27EQ850, which is priced at $2,000 (about RMB 14,440).

LG has now made its OLED TVs up to 42 inches, but desktop displays are currently only available in the expensive UltraFine Display OLED Pro series. The 27EQ850, for example, features a 26.9-inch OLED screen, 4K 60Hz specification, support for 99% Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 color gamut, 10bit color depth, 1 million:1 contrast ratio, and 1ms grayscale response speed.
