The ARES PCle 4.0 High-Speed SSD 4TB version fully supports the latest NVMe2.0 protocol, overlaid with advanced algorithms that allow one chip select port to control two storage wafers, enabling the overall capacity of ARES PCIe4.0 SSD products to be up to 4TB.
ARES PCle 4.0 High-Speed SSD 4TB version features a single high-quality 3D TLC NAND flash particle with 2400MT/s interface speed, equipped with HMB 3.0 and SLC Cache dynamic caching technology to effectively guarantee efficient data transfer efficiency. Read speeds can reach up to 7400MB/s, close to PCIe4.0 full speed, and write speeds can reach up to 6500MB/s. Random read and write speeds reach 900K IOPS.
In addition, the 4TB version of the ARES PCIe4.0 SSD supports TCG Pyrite2.0 technology, which provides strong encryption to protect systems from malicious attacks and data leakage.
