Apple’s iPadOS 16 made the stage during the company’s WWDC22 event. This update to eligible iPads will bring some useful features that the community have been clamouring for. Along with the announcement of the iPadOS 16 was iOS 16. Both of which are currently available for beta testers on eligible devices.

But ever since the MWC22 event, the stable update of the iOS 16 and the iPad’s update are still in the pipeline. Apple has officially come out to say that this update (iPadOS 16) will not be available until after their coming launch event. Hence, we should not expect iPad’s stable update until next month or even beyond.

According to Apple, the stable update to iPads will come after iPhones have got the stable release of iOS 16. Possibly, the release of this update to the iPad community will come during Apple’s October event. In this second launch event, Apple will launch two new iPads, so this update may follow through.

Currently, the beta version of Apple’s operating system is still lacking in certain areas and testers are expressing dissatisfaction. When the iPadOS 16 stable release is available, the issues will be taken care of. For the iOS 16 stable updates, it will be available during the Apple launch event on September 6.
