Intel Arc A580 graphics card test: 1080p gaming performance is close to RX 6600

Intel launched the A580 GPU yesterday and announced that this graphics card will be available through partners ASRock, GUNNIR and Sparkle.

Now, TechPowerUp has released testing information for the ASRock Challenger A580 model. In the 1080p gaming test, the A580 graphics card performed close to the AMD RX 6600 graphics card and RTX 2070 graphics card, and was within 10% of the A750 graphics card.

In 2K and 4K games, the A580 graphics card performance is slightly better than the RX 6600 and slightly worse than the RTX 2070.

In terms of parameters, the A580 has 24 Xe cores, a default GPU frequency of 1700MHz, 8GB 256bit GDDR6 video memory, a bandwidth of 512GB/s, and a power consumption of 185W. For comparison, the A750 has 28 Xe cores, a default GPU frequency of 2050MHz, and 8GB 256bit GDDR6 memory.
