Huawei revealed at the 2023 Spring Flagship New Product Launch Conference on March 23 that all HUAWEI Wenjie models will be upgraded to HarmonyOS 3 at the end of this month so that Wenjie cars are always new. Today, Yu Chengdong, Executive Director of Huawei, CEO of Terminal BG, and CEO of Smart Car Solution BU, said on Weibo that the whole series of Wenjie Auto has upgraded HarmonyOS 3, and released an upgrade announcement.

According to the official introduction, HarmonyOS 3 added seven new features, the smart car search function allows you to park the car without having to pull out the phone to take pictures to record the parking space, the photo of the parking location will be automatically sent to the AITO App, looking for a car one step faster; HUD adaptive adjustment function, so that the main driver does not have to adjust the posture to the best view on the windshield to see the speed, navigation and other important information. Xiao Yi becomes an even stronger travel assistant, automatically turning down the volume when opening the door to avoid embarrassment, and also providing thoughtful voice schedule reminders before getting out of the car. There are also powerful functions such as super desktop and PC dual-screen collaboration.

In the past year since its birth, HUAWEI has launched three new vehicles, the M5, the M5 EV and the M7, covering both extended-range and pure electric technology lines. Since its official delivery in March 2022, the HUAWEI Wenjie series has achieved cumulative delivery of more than 80,000 units, the fastest-growing new energy vehicle brand.

It is reported that HUAWEI Wenjie M5 and Asking M5 EV advanced intelligent driving version will be released in April, according to Huawei Terminal BG CEO Yu Chengdong, the upcoming car equipped with an advanced autonomous driving system for the ADS 2.0 version, will not rely on high-precision maps but will be mainly through the vehicle-side fusion perception for environmental recognition.
