Honor X40GT rumoured to launch in China with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor

Rumors of the coming Honor X40GT are now making their way to the internet showing off better specifications in comparison to the X40.

Another midrange smartphone, the Honor X40GT, is rumoured to launch in China in the coming weeks. Already, the smartphone manufacturer Honor has rolled out its most recent entry into the X-series, the Honor X40. This device became official a few weeks ago, and rumours now claim that it is preparing to welcome its successor.

The reports have it that the coming Honor device passed the 3C certification last month. From the certification, our sources tell us that this device will use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, edging it above the Honor X40. The battery capacity on this device is a large 6000mAh cell which will offer long-lasting usage on a single charge.

The coming Honor X40GT will use a 66W fast charger as against the 40W fast charge ability on its predecessor. From the available information, we can see that the X40GT is a notable upgrade to the X40. There might be some similarities between the two devices, such as with camera and design.
