0

Honda released a statement, that said it has reached an agreement with Tesla, since 2025 in North America on the market of electric models that will adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS), so that its customers can use the Tesla Supercharger station.

Honda has also committed to making CCS Combo to NACS adapters available by 2025 so that existing models (and upcoming models) will be able to use Tesla’s vast Supercharger network. Prior to announcing NACS, Honda partnered with BMW, GM, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, and Stellantis to create a nationwide EV charging network to compete with Tesla’s charging network.

It is noted that Ford, GM, Rivian, Volvo, Polestar, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and Fisker have all previously announced that they will be adopting the Tesla charging standard.
